Alan recognizes that his clients are not one-size-fits-all and enjoys working with all types of borrowers, from first time buyers to seasoned investors. He takes time to listen to his clients' individual needs in order to recommend the best loan scenarios for their personal situation. When working with his clients, Alan advises them that in order to make the process run more smoothly, they need to submit all required documentation right away. If this is not possible, he stresses the importance of providing the documents within a reasonable amount of time. He also feels that it is essential that his clients answer all underwriter questions as honestly and quickly as possible in order to keep their loan on track for a timely closing. In turn, Alan can be reached at any time, day or night, to answer inquiries as they arise. Outside of the office, Alan spends as much time as possible with his wife and two children, who are active participants in high school sports. He also is highly involved as a coach and enjoys attending both high school and professional sporting events.
