I am a Branch Manager/Loan Officer at Highlands Residential Mortgage. My success within the realtor and builder market has been the ability to educate and help my/our clients go thru all their lending options to help them decide which program works best for them and their families. I have been originating loans for over 20 years with much experience in new construction. I am the preferred lender or back up lender to in-house lender for several Builders in the Texas Market.. Our ability to close loans in less than 3 weeks or less gives us the competitive edge we need to separate us from our competition and/or compliments the realtor/builder's in-house lender on loans that they are not able to close. I have several programs that are great for self employed buyers that may not be able to document all their income in the normal manner to qualify. I look forward to helping anyway I can.
