About Betsy Angulo
After I sold my first home over 9 years ago, I realized there was a need for honest loan officers that would help homebuyers through the steps of homeownership, so I decided to become a loan officer. Initially my focus was on the Spanish-speaking buyer and first-time homebuyers, and I have since expanded and helped hundreds of families get into their first home, second home, and investment properties. Purchasing a home is a huge investment, and there is a lot to learn and know. It is important to me that the buyer has a full understanding of the documents he or she is signing, which is why I am always available to answer any questions they may have along the way. Nothing makes me happier seeing my customers’ smiling faces at a closing table! Several years ago, I was introduced to a gentleman who was interested in becoming a homeowner. He had gone through many struggles in his life, which ultimately lead to him living under a viaduct in a large city. At the time we were introduced, he was renting a room at a home and was looking at the possibility if he would ever be able to become a homeowner. We worked together for almost 2 years before he was able to obtain his goal. I am very happy to say he is still in his home today and has become a friend to me.
