About Bill Hedlund
William joined the Embrace family as a loan officer in 2009. He enjoys taking calls from customers all over the country and assisting them with their financial goals. Financial decisions can be overwhelming ? that?s why William feels it is important to go that extra mile to make sure his clients are comfortable with the entire loan process. He identifies their goals and priorities first, then strives to find the best loan program available. William not only maintains a high level of communication during the process, but regularly reaches back to his customers to check in with them. He attended Massasoit Community College where he met the love of his life. After graduating, William became the Assistant Regional Manager for Tricorp Amusements where he worked for 16 years. William then joined Embrace Home Loans and in his first full year, was recognized as Rookie of the Year. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. A New England native, William spent the majority of his childhood in Braintree, Massachusetts, later building a home in Rochester Massachusetts where he now lives with his wife Rachel and two boys Nicholas and Christopher, who are very active in the local Little League. William has been involved with Rochester Youth baseball serving on the Board of Directors as Clerk, and assisted with the merger of the three neighboring towns baseball programs into what?s now known as Old Rochester Little League. He enjoys spending as much time as he can with his family outdoors biking, golfing and working in his yard.
