About Bob Finn
“What would Bob do? That is the most common question, “ says Bob Finn, “that I get from my clients and the one I most enjoy answering.” Getting asked that question means that Bob has earned the trust of another happy customer and that they look to him for sound advice on the biggest financial decision that most people make in their lives. Bob Finn is a 37 year veteran of the real estate and mortgage industries. After moving to Northern California in 1979, Bob began his career as a real estate sales associate and managed residential, commercial and investment opportunities. Nine years later he became a Mortgage Loan Officer. Since then Bob has been helping families make knowledgeable mortgage decisions that complement their financial goals. At the core of his business, one that has been built upon referrals and repeat customers, is his dedication to service and a thorough attention to detail. The steps of getting a home loan is a very complex process and can leave some customers feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Bob’s hands-on approach takes much of this stress and uncertainty out of the process by fully educating his clients, answering questions and providing options that meet their current and future financial needs. Bob feels very strongly about providing loan options that help families and is very much against doing a loan just to do a loan. It has to make sense. With Bob guiding the way you will be fully informed of the step-by-step process and feel very confident about your decision when you sign your final loan papers. Bob’s commitment to his customers doesn’t end with the loan closing. His clients become like family and it is very common for them to give him a call and ask, “What would Bob do?” Bob and his wife of 36 years live in Windsor, California. They have two grown sons and enjoy travelling to visit them. Hobbies include restoring classic automobiles, home improvements, hiking, cooking, beer brewing and martial arts. What’s surprising about Bob? He and his wife are 6th Degree Black Belts in Taekwondo and together they have enjoyed teaching the art to others, in the Windsor Community, for the past 20 years. Bob is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a graduate of Creighton University in Omaha.
