About Bonnie Appleby
Bonnie Appleby is a mortgage loan originator with NewTowne Mortgage and has 13 years in the real estate industry. In addition to mortgage lending, her career experiences include running a real estate settlement company, handling loan closings and being a licensed property & casualty insurance agent. Bonnie is a life-long resident of Poquoson and resides with her husband Luke, her daughter Kayla Anne, 14 and her son Taylor, 12. She has 3 dogs, a Brittany Spaniel, Buxton and 2 German Shepherds, Bear and Cooper. Bonnie loves the water and enjoys anything dog and kid friendly. In her free time you will find her sipping wine on her dock, playing cornhole or visiting local breweries and wineries. Something you don’t know about Bonnie… she is a die-hard parrot-head and has been attending Jimmy Buffett concerts since she was 12 years old. Bonnie says the key to her success is the fact that she has the gift of gab and a great attitude. After all, it’s not about THE attitude, it’s about the RIGHT attitude!
