About Bryan Maddex
I started my mortgage financing career in 1997 with Nationsbank. Since that time I have lent over $200,000,000 for home purchases, refinancing, cash-out refi and debt consolidation. I love spending time with first time home buyers to help them navigate the many different loan programs that the mortgage industry has to offer. My success in doing mortgages has been with lots of communication, being able to guide clients through the process and create a sense of urgency with my borrower and processors, and establishing a team of professionals (Realtor, Insurance Agent, Closing Attorney, HUD Inspector, Contractors and service industry experts). I spend extra time with the Realtors that I work with to help them have a basic understanding of the many Down Payment Assistance programs and renovation programs so that they can help their clients see the possibility of home ownership. I chose to work with Movement Mortgage because of the core mortgage process which allows me to have over 70% of my loans ready to close in 7 days! I am also able to do many things that traditional bank mortgage companies are unable to such as full underwriting on a pre-approval, mortgage programs to helping investors finance up to 10 investment properties, FHA 203k Full Renovation loans as well as FNMA Homestyle Renovation loans, and Reverse Mortgages. While I do not directly do home equity lines of credit I partner with a number of lenders to help my borrowers with the old 80/10/10 or 80/15/5 mortgage programs (80% down, 15% 2nd Mortgage, 5% down payment).
