About Bryan Maddex
With over 20 years in the financial industry, Loan Officer Bryan Maddex uses his experience and insight to help get the best financing and loan products for his clients, many of whom are first-time homebuyers and real estate investors. For him, a top priority is providing consistent and frequent communication. “My team works to ensure that the buyer knows exactly where we are in the mortgage process, as well as their agent and listing agent as well,” he says. Bryan works with many clients who have not been successful in getting loan approvals with other lenders. His team takes the time to educate their clients on overcoming prior obstacles to achieve success as they navigate the steps to homeownership, including the pre-approval process. It is not unusual for him to work with his customers for a year or more to help them raise their credit scores, and finds it especially gratifying to share in their joy on closing day. Bryan offers a full line of flexible loan products including FHA, VA, USDA Rural Development, renovation and conventional mortgages. He is especially proud that his AmeriFirst team includes his wife, father and brother and they feel truly blessed to be able to serve their clients as a family. Committed to supporting his community, Bryan volunteers as a board member for various not- for-profit organizations and he and his wife advocate for children with Downs Syndrome as well. Away from work, he enjoys watching his sons train for the Special Olympic Gymnastics team.
