You can feel confident relying on me to make this process as straightforward and simple as possible. What do we do to set ourselves apart from other lenders? 1. Pre-APPROVAL: Our pre-approval letters are more than a standard pre-qualification letter. In order for a client to receive a pre-approval from us, they have provided all of their WRITTEN verification documents (paystubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc.) and we have taken them through our full underwriting process. Our pre-approved customers are as far as they can go in the process and the only pieces missing from the transaction are the appraisal, title commitment and homeowner’s insurance. 2. Tuesday Update Calls: We will call all parties (Buyer, Buyer’s Agent, Listing Agent) every Tuesday to tell you where we are at with the loan and let you know if we have any questions or need any additional information. 3. Client Concierge Service: In addition to the expertise that you receive from Carrie Brady or Daylon Brady to ensure that the customer and all parties have a great experience and are kept fully informed through the entire process. We are a direct lender with in-house underwriting, closing and funding. We have direct relationships with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA allowing us to have no overlays and very fast turn-times. Our average time from loan application to clear-to-close is 19 days and our average contract time including the property inspection is 22 days.
