What is it that REALLY sets me apart from the multitudes of other loan officers 'out there,' in the mortgage industry today? Ultimately, just three simple words - Raving Fan Service. I can tell you how I pre-underwrite all of the loans that I submit, to insure that I know exactly what to expect when my clients' loan comes back from underwriting. I can tell you of the years of experience that I have and the immense changes that I have experienced in the industry - and how that has shaped me to be not just a better loan officer, but a better person as well. And I can tell you of the diligence that I have in keeping up with the ever-changing world of mortgage products, guidelines and technologies - and how I try to make use of those opportunities to help every single person that I can... But what really counts is what my clients would tell you - and each and every one of my clients would tell you that I handled their mortgage transaction with the care and professionalism that I would if it were my very own - because to me, it is. From the homebuyer, to the realtor, to the financial professional referring a client for assistance with home financing - each and every client is unique, deserves to be heard, and deserves best-in-class service. And each and every client deserves to be treated as though theirs' is the most important loan that I could possibly be working on - because it is. That is what I strive for with every single client - and that is why my clients return, time after time. Aside from that I am also a master scuba diver currently studying for my professional certifications – a respected member and volunteer with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary with over 13 years of active service to my community and my Country - and was a member of the USCG AUX US Team Champions at the 2005 International Search and Rescue Competition in Halifax, Nova Scotia. My passion for helping others is at the core of everything I do - and perhaps, that's what really sets me apart.
