About David Holding
David Holding is a financial expert with a background in all aspects of mortgage lending. At the age of just 25, he founded his own mortgage company. He grew the business into one of the largest FHA lenders in New England and funded more than $250 million dollars a year. In large part, due to his management skills and financial expertise, his company successfully merged with another well known New England mortgage company in 2010. David’s hard working character and dedication to his employees and customers sets a great example for his staff. His experience managing a workforce of more than 100 loan officers has given him great insight into how to motivate his employees to provide outstanding customer service. He insists upon continued education for his employees to make them better armed to educate the consumer. David has a wealth of knowledge having practiced lending in 13 offices in 10 states around the country. In an ever changing industry, he knows how important it is to be flexible and constantly up to date on the policies and procedures instituted on behalf of consumers. A top priority for him is to insure that his loan officers are current and compliant as well. David’s expertise spans the entire lending process from the consumer experience to the eventual sale of the loan and makes him a valuable asset to the MEP management team.
