About Jackson Thomas
Jackson's family has been in the real estate and mortgage industry for over 30 years. He has closed 100% of the clients he has pre-approved and has never missed a close date due to lender-related reason. Very few lenders can say this and he has been recognized by D Magazine, Texas Monthly, and Social Survey for maintaining one of the highest customer satisfaction rankings in the industry. Jackson cultivates and builds long-lasting relationships with his buyers, buyer’s agents and listing agents who continually refer their clients. He specializes in helping people find the perfect loan product and loan program to fit their needs. Jackson has the ability to close all types of loans, including Jumbo, Portfolio, Conventional, FHA and VA. Summit Funding services a majority of the loans closed so your service from Jackson will continue long after the initial purchase or refinance of your home. Jackson is a Dallas, Texas native and graduated from Highland Park High School and Baylor University. His career started in direct sales with Cutco as he worked to pay his way through school. He achieved a top five national sales ranking twice and was listed among the top 250 salespeople in company history. Through Cutco, Jackson found a passion for creating unforgettable purchasing experiences utilizing the tenets of Blanchard & Bowles’ book, Raving Fans. He lives in the historic Lakewood neighborhood in Dallas with his beautiful wife, Haley, and their daughters, Ella and Gia. Jackson actively serves in the community as a Board Member on the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association & the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, a Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University coach, and Treasurer of Normandy Church.
