For many the decision to purchase a home is one of the most important decision of their life. As a home purchaser whether it is your first home purchase or if your are more seasoned homeowner you want to do what is going to be the best for you. My job is to take the time; to explore and explain your options and to aid you in making a decision which best fits your needs. For twenty five years I have continued to educate myself and keep abreast with the different types of mortgages and the changes that are constantly occurring with each of these programs. I am also blessed by having worked as a Realtor and I was a Florida State Certified Building Contractor which gives me an unique perspective to mortgage lending.
