About Curt Lorden
Curt Lorden has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including 13 years in management. He is currently a Branch Manager in the Tampa, Florida office of award-winning mortgage lender, InterLinc Mortgage Services. Curt Lorden and his team are experienced in Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA), and conventional home mortgage loans for purchase and refinance. Additionally, at Residential Finance Corporation, Curt and his team has access to numerous mortgage loan products to help homeowner’s achieve their goals, including: USDA, reverse mortgage, jumbo mortgage, fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, and more. Curt Lorden graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communications and a minor in Creative Writing. While there, he was also a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He now sits on the Ohio State Alumni Association Board. Curt is also currently involved with such charity organizations as Birthday Candles for Kids, where he helps raise money to throw birthday parties for orphans, as well as sitting on the board of directors at the Brandon Aquatic Center, where they work with Autistic and Special Needs kids. When Curt isn't focused on the mortgage industry or charity, he is an avid fisherman and a level one sommelier. He has also been doing some writing and will soon be published regarding his knowledge in the mortgage industry. You can catch Curt every Tuesday night at 7pm as a guest and co-host of the Consumer Quarterback Show on 1250, the WHNZ where he is the Mortgage Maverick who is educating homeowners to help create a sound financial blue print and having perfect financial health.
