About Jim Casale
James Casale is a Business Development Manager/Loan Officer at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. He joined the mortgage industry in 2016, and he takes pride in being able to serve as a resource for family, friends, and others for mortgage-related questions and to turn their dreams of home ownership into a reality. What sets James apart from other loan officers is the attention to detail he brings to every loan and every scenario. He does not leave pending transactions to chance: he makes a point of thoroughly analyzing the borrower’s financial, asset and credit profile upfront to ensure there are no surprises throughout the mortgage process. He is fully transparent, open and honest when it comes to working with his clients—even if it means telling them something they may not want to hear. He approaches every situation with honesty and integrity. James earned a bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University and now calls Framingham, MA home. He is active in the Greater Boston community, fundraising and playing in the Annual 100 Innings of Baseball Charity Game in Quincy, MA to raise funds and awareness for ALS and volunteering for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Boston, in addition to playing in community softball and basketball leagues in Framingham. He also enjoys spending time with his family, including his two grandmothers, who continue to inspire him to grow personally and professionally every day.
