I believe that honesty and trust are vital when dealing with customers and building client relationships.
I think this is especially true when it comes to financing a home, since for most people it is the largest and most important transaction they will ever go through.
I believe this because I am a homeowner. I’ve been there before. I understand the excitement, along with the worry and terror of not knowing what is going on.
Because I believe this, I consider building this relationship extremely important. My mission throughout the process is to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. Like a pilot on a plane when you hit turbulence, I make sure everything is explained and understood during the transaction.
I do this by listening, answering questions, communicating regularly while remembering to focus on each client’s needs and dreams. I exhaust all means when it comes to getting the YES everyone is looking for. I fight like crazy to make every deal work, but my main quality is being honest and showing empathy. I want everyone to own a home if possible.
