About John Arceneaux
John has been in the mortgage business for 25 years, beginning as a processor and eventually becoming an underwriter and loan originator. After establishing himself in the industry, he jumped at the opportunity to buy a company he had worked for and it grew into a market-leading mortgage company specializing in first time homebuyers. He is very involved in community outreach and is most proud of his 9 years of service as the chairman of the Lafayette Public Trust Financing Authority, an entity which builds low income housing, saves historic building, builds parks, and assists first time homebuyers. When he isn’t working, John enjoys cycling (he currently owns 11 bicycles) and exploring outdoors, in addition to reading about compelling people that have changed the world in big or small ways. He moved to Denver from Lafayette, Louisiana in March 2018 and is excited to serve his new community.
