I believe that every customer should be treated like family, that all customers deserve honest information with their interests at heart, and that we should communicate clearly and consistently and work diligently to close your loan on time. I believe these things because of the values that were instilled and nurtured in me by my mom and dad, who worked in ministry for decades. I was raised to value each person I meet and to serve his or her needs with excellence.
The Phillips Team (Amy, Jesse, and I) is supported by amazing people who work diligently each day to serve our customers. Deanna Armstrong has been my primary assistant for over a decade, and our clients are always raving fans of her help. Margie Newberry has been our team processor for many years and with her 20+ years of experience, she processes our customers' loans with excellence. Mary Peralta started with our team in 2013 and has her fingers in many pies, helping each customer's loan process move smoothly and efficiently.
On a personal level, in 2017 I celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary to my amazing wife Amy (by the way, Amy works for Churchill as well!). We have four grown children: Lydia, our oldest, is a licensed counselor; Seth is an engineer; Gabby is getting her Master's in Accounting at Samford University; and Jesse is a fellow Home Loan Specialist with our team at Churchill.
