About Justin Exner

Justin Exner possesses an extensive leadership background for the last 20 years. Justin attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to achieve his Bachelor’s in Business, and then continued on to Franklin University’s Master Program to achieve his Masters in Business Administration, Business & Finance.

During his time with United Airlines where he oversaw the Customer Service Division at United Airlines Dulles Hub he gained a multitude of leadership skills. Justin felt he had a passion within the business world and he entered into the Mortgage Industry with First Financial Mortgage in 2004.

He currently is a Producing Branch Manager overseeing four offices within the DC Metro Area. He personally has originated over 50M annually since 2011 – while still supporting the various satellite branch initiatives.

Success has been attributed to having core convictions that are non-negotiable regardless of volume: Dependable, Knowledgeable and Helpful.  The most important is Helpfulness.  Helping others using time, talent and treasure is an expectation of every employee working on his team and provides a meaningful career and a company that we are all proud to work for.

Using these key convictions has led Justin to being honored as Business Citizen of the Year by the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2013. He has also served on the Board of Directors for 12 years and was Chairman of the Board in 2006-2007.
