About Ken Melber
I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Management. I have 4 daughters and have lived in the Houston area for over 40 years. I am a licensed residential mortgage loan originator with over 22 years of lending experience in Texas. I offer conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans in addition to other “portfolio” loan products. Whether you are a W-2 borrower or self- employed with multiple business or sources of income, I have the expertise to find the right loan for you. I can help you with a purchase or refinance on a primary residence, 2nd home, or investment property. My team at Premier Network Lending work together as a team to get things done and get you to the closing table on time. Instead of focusing on the competition, I focus on you. I don’t have “banker’s hours” so if you are out looking at property on the weekend and have any questions or need a Pre-Qualification, call me on my cell phone and I will be glad to help. I look forward to handling your mortgage needs!
