About Kent Ege
After more than a decade in the mortgage industry, Kent Ege has helped over 1,600 families achieve their home-ownership and debt consolidation goals. He takes pride in the level of service and experience he provides his customers. Kent is well versed in the great number of loan products available and will help his clients qualify for the home of their dreams. Kent also understands that it may take time to reach an individual's goals, but that does not stop him. His way of thinking is simple: if a customer doesn't qualify now, he will help them figure out how to qualify in the near future. Kent is a relationship mortgage banker, who takes the time to make sure your mortgage is working for you. He will do this by managing your mortgage over the life of your loan. That management would consist of any of the following as needed: debt consolidation, taking cash out for investments, removal of mortgage insurance, shortening/lengthening the term and rate/payment reduction. Kent began his career right after graduating from University of Maryland in Baltimore County. He had earned a full academic scholarship to be a pediatrician. After a few business classes, he realized he can still help people while incorporating his love of real estate. He changed his major immediately. Kent recently got married at a destination wedding in Mexico in 2016. He is a huge animal lover and volunteers at rescue animal events locally. His favorite pass-times are working out and taking long walks with his 2 rescue dogs and his wife.
