Over 30 years of operations and training management experience. Currently working as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with 3 years of experience. In my military and civilian career, I have managed training programs for organizations with up to 5000 personnel and managed the development of request for proposal responses to government contracts. While serving as the VP, Chief Operating Officer for a regional security guard corporation, I was successful in obtaining a GSA schedule for my employer and completely re-structured the corporate learning management system to reach over 1200 personnel in over 9 states. Every facet of my career has focused on customer/client satisfaction and required a significant understanding of adult learning principles.
