About Linda Rice
Whether purchasing or refinancing a home, I will work hard to ensure that you get the best loan program at the best rate, and the service that allows you to enjoy the experience of home ownership. I work with an amazing team of experienced and highly trained processors, closers, and staff. I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2003 and I have helped hundreds of customers obtain financing for their new home purchase or refinancing of their current mortgage. My business is based on past clientele and referrals from real estate agents, friends and family members. I specialize in first-time home-buyer, conforming, and government loans. I like to stay active in the Lodi community and currently serve on the Lodi Police Foundation and Crime Stopper Boards. We offer hundreds of loan products for a wide variety of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers, military families and rural residents. We also offer national programs for doctors and dentists and teachers, and many state housing programs that provide down payment assistance.
