About Marcus Rush
My philosophy is to listen to each customer’s needs and respond efficiently and effectively. I strive to build long-term relationships and become your “Lender for Life”. I will be here for you each time your home financing needs change. Many lenders can “get you a loan”, but my goal is to get you in the right loan! I started my mortgage career in 2006 in Memphis, TN for one of the largest mortgage companies in the country. I was promoted quickly and moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas where I served as Branch Manager. While there I built the branch from the ground up by directly working with over 60 real estate agents from one of the largest real estate firms in that market. I moved to Dallas in 2010 after two years in Arkansas to continue to grow my career in one of the best real estate markets in the nation. With my vast expertise in mortgage products, combined with the understanding of the entire mortgage approval process, I secured a loan originator position with a large national bank. I transitioned to Service First Mortgage in 2014 to offer a better overall experience for my clients. I graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and have two beautiful children that keep me busy in my free time. With me, you get more than just a loan officer; you get a trusted mortgage professional that can help you build personal wealth, one month at a time.
