About Mark Malmberg
Mark is my name, customer service is my game! It all started in January of the year 2000 when second mortgages were the hot item and first mortgage interest rates were in the mid 7%'s. But at the end of the day, my clients had a goal to buy a home or to cash out of their home. Over 19 years later, I am still in the business and have never got out of it. As they say, "only the strong survive." I attribute my tenure to my dedication to customer service and the relationships I have developed over the years. I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly in this business and it has taught me a lot. All I can say is that I am glad to see rates where they are today, and with more lenient guidelines around the corner, I am excited for the years to come in this industry. I was born and raised in Southern California, and today I raise my family here. However, for a few years, five and a half to be exact, I spent my college years in Arizona attending ASU as well as NAU. So I am a Sun Devil as well as a Lumberjack. I guess I have one on each shoulder. I am fortunate to have a wonderful wife, Dana, and my children Brennan and Logan. Besides my clients, they are the reason I work as hard as I do. I do consider my clients family and if you were to ask any of them, they will tell you the same. An important key component to my success, is of course my staff. Another part of the family, and the group of people I spend my most time with away from home. Our Branch here at Bay Equity goes above and beyond to help every client, as well as to help each other.
