About Michael Chalker
It is suggested that skill mastery comes after 10,000 hours of practice/work. With roughly 50,000 hours served, in 25 years, I am privileged to pass on my mastery to my clients, business partners, as well as the loan officers and other staff that will be my successors. I am very passionate about several things; God and Family, our Great Nation, and the Patriots who have served it. Logically then, both of my career paths were well chosen. My first career was to serve in the United States Marine Corps and then in my service to you, as your mortgage representative. So, whether you are looking to purchase your first home, refinance an existing one, or are relocating from another city, state or country, my 24 years of mortgage lending expertise will put your mind at ease. During my tenure in the mortgage industry, I have selected a variety of positions that have enabled me to have a better understanding of how the mortgage process works. This seasoning allows me to provide even better service to you, my clients. It is my goal to educate you about possible options that will suit your needs. There is no “one size fits all” approach in mortgage scenarios. My time and devotion are given to evaluate your particular situation, and to offer the best decision for you and your family’s needs. Amid the highest compliments I receive, as an Arizona native and Producing Branch Manager, are the clients that come back, repeatedly. Recurring clients and referrals to multiple generations of the family let me know that I earned their trust, and become like family. Another great fulfillment in life is the loan officers and operations staff that I helped develop and coach over the years, who are also successful in my beloved industry. Although the greatest achievement has been winning over the love of my life in the same year, I found my passion for mortgage lending. Work life balance is changing for me once again, with three daughters pursuing their adult lives, I have returned to running, golf and just generally enjoying life with my best friend, my wife, Judy.
