About Michael Dunsky
An industry veteran with experience in all aspects of the loan process, Michael's mission is to exceed his clients' expectations on every level and make the home financing process as seamless as possible. Michael views himself as an educator and facilitator, and he is motivated by the opportunity to help people get what they want from what is often the biggest investment of their lives. From the new borrower needing a $100,000 loan for their first home purchase, to the CEO seeking $2 million for their second or third home, all of his clients receive the same outstanding service, guidance and education. He takes the time to assess each person's financial situation and goals, educate them on their options and agree on a strategy together. Not surprisingly, well over 95% of Michael's business is repeat and referral clients. Michael's career began in 1988 when he entered the industry as a loan processor and developed a strong credit and underwriting background. Four years later, he began originating as a loan officer, using his intimate knowledge of the loan process to better educate his clients and meet their specific needs. Quickly establishing a strong reputation and a record for success, Michael rose to Senior Mortgage Officer and then Branch Manager. Today, Michael is annually ranked among the top 200 loan and top 1% of loan officers in the nation. He has been a President's Club member since the beginning of his career. Philanthropy and community involvement are an integral part of Michael's business philosophy. In addition to his support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation that began in 1996, he is also a strong supporter of RESPOND, Inc. (a New England domestic violence prevention agency) as well as local food pantries and other charitable organizations. Michael is a Corporator for Milford Regional Medical Center, a finance committee member at his temple, and a participant in the Franklin Downtown Partnership organization. A Boston area native and a graduate of Antioch College, Michael enjoys golfing, fishing, and above all- spending time with his wife and children.
