The Internet is pretty good at delivering “matches”, but what it doesn’t deliver is “meaning”...as a mortgage planner, I deliver “meaning” to all the mortgage choice "matches" out there in order to help my clients best manage...what I call...their “Foundational Wealth”. You see, for most people the foundation of their wealth building is their home...because it’s usually the largest asset they will ever control AND it’s also their largest debt. Then add the fact it’s also where we raise our families and build many of our lasting & lifetime memories and you can see why it can get pretty complex to handle it to our greatest benefit. You can easily find a lot of “information” these days but the problem is “information is NOT knowledge”...as a mortgage planner, I have the knowledge to advise clients about how to best handle their mortgage needs. The economics of a financing decision go beyond the surface of just the interest rate. The hidden costs of choosing an inferior product or loan structure can often outweigh, by many times, any perceived benefit gained by examining rate alone. All this should be taken into consideration when crafting your home financing...rate certainly helps but it does not exist in a vacuum. I love helping clients gain that deeper insight into their loan options in order make the best decisions for their particular circumstances.
