About Peter Brock II
Embrace is excited to have Peter A. Brock II as a Loan Officer at our Sandy Spring, Maryland Branch. He’s especially skilled at analyzing the financial wants and needs of any household budget to help prospective buyers achieve their dreams of home ownership. Peter is well-versed in all types of loan programs including: Conventional, FHA,VA, USDA, Montgomery County, state of Maryland, and Washington, DC first time home buyers, and Beyond (Embrace’s proprietary program that offers financing solutions for borrowers who don’t easily fit into the guidelines for conventional mortgages). He takes a great deal of pride in discussing the financial strategies behind financing real estate for your personal needs. Peter Brock graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. Before Entering the mortgage industry, he was a history and literature teacher in near pursuit of a Constitutional Law career. He grew up in Garrett Park, Maryland and currently resides in Olney, and he’s a member of the Maryland Builders Industry Association and the Catholic Business Network – of Montgomery County, MD. Peter lives with his wife Elizabeth, daughters Kelsey and Kendall, and two cats, Max and Spike. In his free time, he enjoys reading history, finance, and business books. And his idea of the perfect day would include closing loans, then having dinner with his family, followed by watching a movie together on the couch while savoring some tasty ice cream cones.
