About Ray Almond
Ray has partnered with his son, Kurt, with New American Funding creating the “A Team”, 27 years of combined real estate and mortgage lending experience. Ray enjoyed 13 years as a real estate broker in New Hampshire prior to moving to UT. He was a top producer with Century 21 for 10 years placing in the top .5% of 90,000 sales persons worldwide before opening his own real estate brokerage. He averaged selling 40-50 properties annually with sales in the $5 Million - $6 Million range in the mid 80’s when residential interest rates were 16% - 20% and the average home sold in the $90,000 to $100,000 range. Ray built his successful business selling residential, island, investment & commercial properties including businesses valued as much as $1 Million. He worked with several home builders selling them building lots, developing neighborhoods and designing new custom homes with them. Ray accomplished all of this during the Savings and Loan crisis of the 80’s. He looks forward to working with Kurt putting his successful real estate experience to work helping his clients obtain the financing suited for their specific needs with the same quality of personal follow-up service that attributed to his success.
