About Renee Jordan
Most people think being a REALTOR® is a sales profession, but Renée believes it is a service profession. She rejects the idea of setting out to sell anything and instead works each day as an advocate to serve the needs of each and every client, no matter the budget, or circumstances. She is never afraid to beat the bushes, and turn over every rock to find or sell a home.. Renée sincerely believes it is her walk to make a difference in the world, no matter what her profession, and she takes that responsibility very seriously. With this attitude, she has become a resource and an asset for all client types from the first time home buyer to multi-million dollar investors. In her former life, she was a pediatric nurse, for special needs and medically fragile children. She spent 18 years caring for babies, and their families living through their worst nightmare. Although she witnessed many amazing miracles, she also grieved alongside every patient and family. Finally deciding she could make a difference in the world, but not have a broken heart at the same time she sought a career change. Serendipity and Grace led her to consider real estate as a new profession, and she hasn’t ever looked back. Experience as a nurse honed her listening skills, resourcefulness, and ability to assess information. Real estate allows her to put these skills, and creativity to excellent use as she helps others realize their dreams. Surprisingly, to Renée, real estate has allowed her to feel as though she is still making a difference in the world, one client at a time. She has met, and worked with amazing people, from all over the world, all walks of life, and never underestimates how much the sale or purchase of a home impacts people. Renée loves learning and set out to learn the ins and out of the Internet, Social Media and marketing. She is nearly always taking classes either MOOCs or other classes to grow and evolve personally and professionally. She is also an avid yogi, reader, loves being outside, especially if there is a body of water involved. She lives in the Village of Point Venture, with her husband, Keith, daughter Bella, and a pair of dogs. She and Keith are active members with the Point Venture Lions Club, with the Girl Scouts of Central Texas, and Renée volunteers as a nurse at the Samaritan Health Ministries, a full-service health clinic in Cedar Park for people with no health insurance.
