Rita started her Career selling Real Estate and transitioned over to Mortgage Origination where she found her true passion. Rita has been a marketing strategist partnering with a vast variety of Realtors and Builders in her area of expertise. Rita knows what drives the market and loves seeing families create memories with their home purchases. She is knowledgeable in all areas of New Construction, Government and creative financing as well as VA and USDA is a specialty of hers. Rita has educated herself in all areas of Residential Mortgage Finance and plans to continue to grow and help more families become home owners using new technology while still giving that one on one, face to face feel of making new friends along the way. Rita was born and raised her own family in the Hampton Roads area. Working her way around the sales contract and loan application with a dedication that surpasses the competition.
