About Scott Livingston
Scott Livingston joins Embrace after working 19 years in the lending industry, the most recent 4 years at Movement Mortgage. There as a Sales Manager and Senior Loan Officer, his main responsibilities included establishing and maintaining client referral relationships with realtors, builders, and developers; making sales calls to develop new business and retain existing business; and serving as the primary contact with all parties on individual loans, from application to closing. He’s received industry awards for customer service, most profitable branch, and best turnaround times. Scott grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and currently lives in Fredericksburg. He’s an active member of his community, serving on the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. He’s also an active member of Salem Fields Community Church. He’s proud to be a Little League coach – and a Redskins fan. This father of three says his idea of the perfect day would be spending time with his kids doing what they enjoy most – baseball, basketball, or just hanging out together.
