I have worked in Customer Service my entire life! The customer and their experience always comes first. Without the customer, we don't have a job. But, this is just not a job for me. Being a Loan Officer and helping people through one of the more difficult, frustrating and important financial transactions in life has become my life's work.
Entering the mortgage business in 2002 and even through the depths of the housing crisis, our honest dealings with Borrowers and Realtors blessed us (The Dan and Sherene Team) with enough repeat business to weather the storm. The lending industry has undergone drastic changes since then. Many of these changes have made it more challenging to obtain a home loan in an efficient, timely, and stress-free manner.
