About Steve Nelson
I started in banking in the retail side in 1993 at what was then Norwest. In 2000 I then went and did construction lending for Builders Mortgage Company. When the construction market collapsed I went back Wells Fargo in 2006 as a Home Mortgage Consultant until Nov of 2011. I tried the brokerage world at New American Mortgage until the end of August 2012. Then I went back to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for a couple years before finding Land Home Financial Services, where they focus on the clients experience and keeping it positive. My favorite type of deal is a purchase simply because the excitement from the client. I love the feeling of getting someone into a new home and what it means to them. It's rewarding.
