About Thomas Marinaro
Thomas Marinaro has been one of the leaders of the mortgage industry for decades. Tom is currently President and Senior Partner of Residential Home Funding Corp. (RHFC), one of the largest Mortgage Bankers in the country, with over 50 locations. He is a certified Sales and Marketing Manager. RHFC employs over 400 salespeople nationwide. Thomas served as Councilman in Bloomingdale NJ, serving his last year of a three year term. He is a prior Director of the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce and former President of the Bloomingdale Democratic Club. He is the President and Founder of RHF Foundation, a non-profit devoted to helping children in hospitals by providing smiling through laughter while going through life threatening ordeals. He also is the President of RHF Commercial Capital, a commercial lending corporation, is currently President of Mortgage Finance School, a federal and state certified mortgage licensing training school and he also currently sits on the Foundation Board of St. Joe's Hospital in Wayne NJ.
