About Tish Scott
While I was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, I spent a lot of time on my grandparents farm in Doniphan, Missouri -- a very rural part of the Missouri Ozarks. Prior to becoming a mortgage loan officer in 1998, I was a court reporter in Washington, D.C. for 10 years. I feel comfortable around all types of people with varying degrees of education or not much more than an 8th grade education. I enjoy taking the time to make sure my customers completely understand the loan process. I always encourage all questions. And I don't mind answering the same question several times until I'm sure the customer understands the answer at the end. Transparency is a high priority for me. I speak to all of my customers at least once a week during the loan process and most of the time three or four times. Even when there is no new news, I know my customers want to be assured there are no issues at least. I'm very happy to be a mortgage loan officer and help people with perhaps the most important financial decision of their life.
