I have over 16 years of originating residential mortgages. I am very detail oriented and tend to try to be a perfectionist with processing and/or originating my loans. My goal with each loan is to submit it to the Undewriter; as complete of a loan as possible, so there is minimal conditions prior to submitting or requesting for a Clear-To-Close.
