About Tom Mueller
I have over 19 years' experience in the mortgage industry and have earned the Five Star Mortgage Professional award for five consecutive years. I treat each of my clients like family - and all of my customers are clients for life. I utilize my engineering degree from the Missouri University of Science & Technology along with my MBA from Lindenwood University to think through complicated customer situations and provide unique home loan solutions that very few lenders can think to provide. I uncover the needs and goals of each customer and then put together mortgage options to meet their desires. To sum it all up, there are two words to explain why customers should work with me over other lenders - I CARE! I came to Central Bank two years ago after I discovered that no other lender in the St. Louis area offers the variety of home loan solutions that we have. Everybody has conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA loans. But Central Bank has: No Down Payment loans for first time homebuyers - with no PMI; down payment grant programs; physician loans; bridge loans; construction loans; and home equity loans and home equity lines of credit up to 95% of home's value. We can even provide loans for more than 100% of a home's value for renovation/remodeling for borrowers who have sufficient non-real estate assets! As a $14 billion bank we also have a large array of portfolio loans. Those are good, old-fashioned "make sense" loans for customers whose situations just don't fit into the box of a traditional loan program. While I take a great deal of pleasure in helping my clients, I also love my family time. I've been blessed with an incredible family! I've been married to my amazing wife, Wendy, for 27 years and we have three grown children: Greg, 24, a middle school language arts teacher; Stephanie, 22, a photojournalist in Brooklyn, NY; and Jack, 19, an International Relations major and football player at Fordham University in New York City. Please let me know how I can help you and your family!
