About Tracy Guenther
I began a career in banking in 1999 while attending college. I quickly moved up through every position with the bank until I found my passion in lending and financial services. I was honored to be recognized as the banks #1 lender in the nation and attribute a lot of my success to client referrals. To know me is to know that I am equal parts analytical and creative. I love to crunch numbers, it’s part of the process, but it’s not the whole process. An effective lender needs to be creative with the ability to offer many options. With so many loan options out there, it is difficult for borrowers to know if they are getting the best option for them. I walk my customers through multiple recommendations and explain to them why one makes sense over another because of their specific situation. When it comes to mortgages and buyers, one size most definitely does not fit all. In banking, I could only offer what the bank offered. If a borrower didn’t fit the mold of the bank loan, it wouldn’t work. Have you ever tried to fit a square peg in a round hole? With Gum Tree Mortgage, I have so many different loan programs that give me the flexibility to find a loan to fit the borrower rather than the other way around. HELLO round peg, round hole! I’m passionate about people! I am a current member and former president, vice president and treasurer of the Bozeman Sweet Pea Lions, a Girl Scout Leader, and am very involved in the Bozeman community. I realize how personal buying a home can be and I truly believe that in helping people with one of the biggest purchases of their lives, I am solution based, creative, thoughtful, resourceful, trustworthy, caring and diligent. I will work hard for you! When I’m not working, I’m likely designing and building something with my husband Jesse, enjoying theater with my daughter Charlotte or watching my son Gabriel play hockey. Whenever I am able, I love to create something from nothing. I love to sew, golf, bake, and read. If a hockey game is happening, I’m usually watching!
