About Troy Telthoester
It all started for me in May of the year 2003, when interest rates where at an all time low, and clients were taking advantage purchasing and refinancing their homes. Of course we all know what happened to the real estate market starting in 2007. Many of my colleagues left the business. As they say, "Only The Strong Survive". I attribute my longevity in the business, to a strong work ethic, and dedication to customer service, and the relationships; I have developed over the years. I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly in this business, and it has taught me to never take anything for granted. All I can say is, I am happy to still be in this business, because rates are very low, and the industry has been slowly loosening guidelines restrictions, and coming up with more programs to help people to buy and refinance homes. I am really looking forward to the years to come in this business. I was born and raised in Minnesota, and have raised my family here. I have two amazing children Rachel (19) and Logan (21). I am truly blessed to have been married to my wife Denise for 22 years. I don't know how she puts up with me sometimes. When I start working with a client I consider them family, and I am available to them whenever they need me. If you were to ask my current clients, they will tell you the same. An important key to my success, is of course my staff and support team, they are like my family, because I spend most of my time away from home with them. Our branch here at Bay Equity goes above and beyond to help every client, as well as each other get the job done. I care for all of them, and am thankful to have them on my team, day in and day out?
