About Veronica Franciosa
"Veronica Franciosa is a Senior Loan Originator with Luxury Mortgage Corp®. She is a native New Yorker and has been assisting her community and clients for 17 years. Veronica has won awards for being a top producer. During her 17 years in the industry, she has closed over 2,500 loans. She is an expert in her field and is dedicated to her clients, their families, realtors, attorneys and financial planners. Veronica prides herself on listening to what the client’s goals are and helping them achieve that goal. Her grassroots honest approach has kept her clients and referral sources loyal to her for many years. She is always available and will do the best for you! She can be reached anytime on her cellular telephone. Veronica is mindful that everyone’s situation is different and not all loan scenarios are created equal. She will find the mortgage program that is right for you. Her goal is to help her clients and their families obtain their dream of home ownership or refinance their existing mortgage. This includes FHA, Conforming, Jumbo and Super Jumbo mortgages. Before entering the mortgage industry, Veronica worked in the bookkeeping and accounting field and assisted clients with credit restoration. This ultimately led her to assisting her clients with mortgage financing and starting her career in mortgage lending. Three of those years Veronica owned her own mortgage company, which was a wonderful experience, however it took her away from her clients. As an owner, her everyday tasks were supervisory and she was less in touch with the borrowers. She longed to get back to what she loved to do -- working directly with her clients. She was fortunate enough to merge her team with another lender just prior to the financial crisis."
