I am well-versed on a myriad of loan products, offering a Mortgage Portfolio of products that are unique to the marketplace as well as state programs, First Time Homebuyer, 203K, HomeStyle, USDA, FHA, VA, conventional, non-conforming and construction/permanent loans. Upon graduating from the University of Pennsylvania I sought a career helping people. However, I did not get into the mortgage business until a less-than-ideal experience while purchasing my home. Since beginning my career in the mortgage industry in 2008 my mantra became to simplify the mortgage process by walking my clients through the process and educating them. This has really helped demystify mortgages – whether it is for first-time homebuyers, Veterans or investors. I offer every client my knowledge, experience and the personal service to help navigate through this difficult environment. I also pride myself on staying up-to-the-minute on current guidelines. My philosophy is to treat customers the way I would want to be treated. As a result, I make myself available to my clients every day of the week outside of business hours so that each person feels that he or she is my only client.
