More communication between the client and mortgage company. When there were issues that needed to be fixed, we were notified after the fact. Specifically, when my credit report needed to be adjusted I didn't know until after several calls of checking on the status of the loan that this issue was the reason for the hold up. Lastly, when we first signed up for the loan , the original loan officer quit and we were in limbo for a while before someone was assigned to our loan.

So, my experience with Marjorie was the greatest. She walked me through everything and made sure my file was accurate. I really appreciate the hard work she did. After receiving declines from other companies, abosute helped me to get a better hold on my financials.
