Rick was always available, always answered any question I had, although sometimes it could have been repetitive. He made the experience tolerable in spite that at sometimes it seemed frustrating. He is a great officer.

Unfortunately I had to renew time that it took to actually sign for loan. This caused extra cost for me which is never plesent. Some of these cost could have been avoided. Initially I had to contact Diamond mortgage 3 times to finally get a responce to my initial inquiry. As far as Rick's service, he was plesent and willing to go out of his way to insure my refinance.

I feel like I need a button in between "great" and "okay". There are a lot of positives about our experience, but a few negatives as well. There isn't enough space to explain myself on this survey in the way I wish to. We are first time home buyers and are thankful everything worked out with the home we are in now, but I can't say I wish to go through it again. I am thankful for Rick for always being attentive and willing to help us with our many questions. He was great!
